Biographies of Herati woman poetsShe was born in 1951 in Herat. In 1971, her first poem was published in Etefaqul Islam newspaper (Herat). Following the rise in insecurity in Herat, she came to Kabul. She graduated with a BA from Kabul’s faculty of literature, and taught Dari in some schools. In 1995, she left Afghanistan and currently lives in Germany with her husband and family. |
